I'll offer each and every one of you the seed of concentration, and it is your obligation to nurture it beyond our sessions. Water it, prune it, watch it grow, and when the timing is right, harvest the fruit of your efforts. Above all, I'd like to remind you that I cannot tell you any spiritual truths, that deep inside you don't already know. Give yourself a chance to get to know the Self. You may keep your camera on or off, stay sitted or laid down, fidget, change position, open your eyes, leave before the end of the session. Expect nothing and see what happens.
