We work with the muscles & fascia in multiple ways, like pressure, stretching, circular movements or rocking. Energy cleansing. Healing sounds to close the session. Thai massage takes place on a mat on the floor with your comfortable clothes on. Suitable for everyone, as the practical part of the massage can be adjusted to your individual needs. The energy cleansing part is available to anyone wishing to receive it.

I am here to offer an experience.

Not another class or session for the mass.

 Be extremely cautious when choosing who you'll practice with and who will offer you a massage. There is an exchange and mix-up of energy that will accompany you (and me) for a while. Trust your gut feeling.

Small bits of consistency is better

than showing up infrequently.
