This as an assisted form of Thai Massage, where you are the assistant, under the constant guidance of the massage giver. Recommemnded for people who consider themselves flexible, and would like to go deeper into their stretches. Trust me, it's a lot fun! How about closing the session with a sound bath?

I am here to offer an experience.

Not another class or session for the mass.

 Be extremely cautious when choosing who you'll practice with and who will offer you a massage. There is an exchange and mix-up of energy that will accompany you (and me) for a while. Trust your gut feeling.

Small bits of consistency is better

than showing up infrequently.
