Thai massage takes place on a mat on the floor with your comfortable clothes on. Suitable for everyone, as we'll take some time before the session to discuss your habits, physical condition & needs. There is such a wide variety of stretches, pressure points and relief strategies for a therapist to choose from, that anyone can benefit from such a session. Bring your best of intentions and get the most out of this private ritual.

Not another class or session for the mass.

 Be extremely cautious when choosing who you'll practice with and who will offer you a massage. There is an exchange and mix-up of energy that will accompany you (and me) for a while. Trust your gut feeling.
