However, if you'd like to name it, together we'll experience dynamic and restorative practices, aspiring to the principles of Ashtanga, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga. All backgrounds welcome. Choose the range of motion and the emotional state you'd like to nurture today. From ultra dynamic & physically challenging to restorative & fully spiritual. It is your practice after all.
